Job summary

Daybreak Foods seeks a Regional HR Manager to lead HR Managers and Generalists across Iowa and Minnesota, ensuring consistent HR programs and operations. You will oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and compliance with federal and state requirements.

Spanish/English bilingual ability is preferred and travel is required. The role reports to the VP of Human Resources, conducts audits and investigations, and coaches site HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• PHR/SPHR certification is desired.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Managers and Generalists across the region.
• Implement HR programs and policies to ensure consistency across locations.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and compliance with EEOC, FMLA, ADA, FSLA, immigration.
• Conduct internal audits and investigations; coach site HR teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and employee engagement initiatives.
