Job summary

Daybreak Foods Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Whitewater, WI. You will collaborate with operations to recruit hourly staff, administer safety programs, handle onboarding, and support employee relations across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or related studies or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding and employee relations is expected.
• Knowledge of safety administration and OSHA concepts preferred.
• Experience with affirmative action/EEOC applicant tracking is desirable.
• Strong communication skills in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit hourly candidates through multiple sources and coordinate the interview process.
• Administer safety programs and OSHA compliance activities.
• Track EEO information and support affirmative action reporting.
• Conduct new hire orientations and complete onboarding paperwork.
• Support payroll communications and ensure data accuracy each pay period.
• Collaborate with regional HR to address employee concerns and improve relations.
