Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process applications and hire qualified candidates.
• Coordinate background checks and employment verifications.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding procedures.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documents.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support HR training and development activities.

Education

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

3+ years of HR experience
