Centerstone America is seeking an HR Market Director to lead HR strategy and operations across markets, partnering with market leadership to drive workforce planning, engagement, and organizational development. You will oversee HR programs, investigations, and employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance and effective service delivery.

You will manage HR team members, support HR Business Partners, and collaborate with senior leaders to execute talent strategies that align with our mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progressive HR experience with employee relations and compliance.
• SHRM certification preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational development.
