Job summary

This full-time role oversees talent management, workforce design, performance, rewards, wellbeing, and employee relations, leveraging data to inform decisions.

Candidates should have 7+ years HR experience, 3+ years in an HR leadership role, and relevant certifications; a Bachelor's is required with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant and progressive experience in Human Resources.
• 3+ years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR Leadership role, including working with Senior Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establishes strong relationships with executive leaders and co-owns the talent management strategy.
• Partners to implement best-practice programs in workforce strategy, organizational design, and performance management.
• Leverages data and analytics to translate insights into actionable business decisions and informs policy development.
