Job summary

TriSearch is seeking a Senior People & Culture Partner in Illinois for a field-based role that travels across Chicagoland and neighboring states. You will drive a high-feedback, high-development culture and partner with field operations to align HR strategy with daily execution.

You will lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development, using analytics to tackle turnover and performance issues while coaching leaders through tough conversations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive HR leadership and development experience.
• Strong blend of HR and multi-unit operational experience with performance management expertise.
• Proven track record in multi-unit environments, performance management, turnover reduction, and leadership development.
• Exceptional influence, coaching, and communication skills; must be transparent with direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• Drive a high-feedback, high-development culture with transparent coaching to leaders.
• Overhaul and execute rigorous performance frameworks; ensure accountability.
• Serve as a senior advisor to field operations leadership, blending HR strategy with operations.
• Use workforce analytics, turnover trends, and data to identify systemic challenges and design scalable solutions.
• Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations with fairness and consistency.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
