Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C., a national law firm with 1,000+ attorneys, is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to serve as HR business partner across assigned offices. The role emphasizes coaching leaders, guiding employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, multi-office environment.

You will partner with senior leaders and the Talent function to implement people strategies, promote consistent HR practices, and support firmwide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years HR experience including HRBP and employee relations.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and influence organizational decisions.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• SHRM certification preferred.
