Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks a Regional Human Resources Manager to partner with leaders across assigned offices, guiding employee relations, performance management, and talent development. You will coach leaders, drive engagement, and support organizational change while aligning with firm priorities and HR best practices.

You will analyze HR data, support workforce planning, and promote consistent HR policies across offices, reporting to senior HR leadership. California-focused salary range applies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including HR business partner and employee relations.
• Experience partnering with business and senior leaders.
• Strong employee relations and performance management experience, including investigations.
• Ability to coach leaders and provide practical guidance on organizational matters.
• Experience supporting organizational change and guiding leaders through transitions.
• Sound judgment and the ability to assess situations and make recommendations.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR guidance to leaders and partners on talent priorities.
• Coach leaders on employee development, performance, and engagement.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Support change strategies and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
