Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including HR business partner and employee relations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and guiding HR strategy.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategy with business priorities and workforce plans.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
• Conduct workplace investigations and support corrective actions when needed.
