Job summary

Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead a regional team of HR Specialists and Recruiters, delivering strategic support to store leadership and driving scalable people solutions. The role focuses on planning, talent assessment, change management, and coaching across the region.

The role partners with Legal and Operations, maintains confidentiality, develops workforce and succession plans, and uses data insights to drive informed actions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
• Working knowledge of US local, state, and federal labor/EEO laws.
• Experience helping high growth organizations scale.
• Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of HR Specialists and Recruiters to provide strategic, targeted support to stores' leadership.
• Design and deliver targeted solutions with focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment, change management and team building.
• Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
• Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.
• Drive talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans.
• Manage and facilitate the overall performance management cycle for the Region and employee engagement assessment throughout the year.
