Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of US local, state, and federal labor/EEO laws.
• Ability to travel to stores 25-35% of schedule, some overnight travel.
• Strong judgment and risk assessment for business needs.
• Proven ability to influence and solve problems strategically.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team of HR Specialists and Recruiters to support store leadership.
• Design scalable HR solutions including planning, talent assessment, change management and team building.
• Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to all levels of the organization.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to drive action and workforce planning.
• Oversee performance management and employee engagement across the region.
