Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions in Texas is seeking an HR Advisor to support regional operations and corporate HR with recruitment/onboarding, employee relations, training and reporting.

You will collaborate with the HR team and managers, manage HR data, and help improve HR systems while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced oilfield environment. Travel to drilling sites and off-site offices is required. A Bachelor's in HR or related field and 1+ year HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 1+ year of HR or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and candidate interviews.
• Maintain HR records and generate management reports.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, I-9, and orientation.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
