Job summary

VOA Texas Property Management seeks a Regional Housing Manager to lead a portfolio of properties across Austin or Houston, Texas, with an 80% travel requirement. You will drive performance, develop teams, and align property strategy with the company’s business plan.

You will oversee budgets, compliance, and tenant relations, while implementing initiatives to improve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five years in a directly related field.
• Five years of supervision and five years of multi-site operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of property management, including financial statements, regulatory programs, and HUD/Tax Credit occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations across multiple properties within the region.
• Leads property management teams and coordinates with corporate leadership.
• Develops and executes property management strategies to maximize tenant satisfaction and financial returns.
• Ensures compliance with housing codes and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees onboarding of new clients and maintains relationships with owners and regulators.
