Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of student housing properties in Texas, including San Antonio and Austin areas. You will implement strategic objectives set by the Regional VP and lead teams to achieve financial and service targets.

This role requires advanced leadership, excellent communication, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferred, with a minimum of 4 years of property management experience, direct supervisory component, and prior multi-site management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing, recruitment, training and development of all team members.
• Drives initiatives from corporate to community teams and executes accordingly.
• Visits properties to perform inspections, review safety, maintenance, capital improvements and brand consistency.
• Plans move-in/move-out and turn processes for successful transitions.
• Travel to properties as needed to lead on-site operations.
• Lead coaching conversations and develop team members.
• Focus on employee engagement and providing resources for success.
• Build career paths and training programs with Talent Management/Training teams.
