Job summary

VOA Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Regional Housing Manager to lead our housing portfolio and drive superior operational performance in Tulsa, OK. This full-time role requires strategic leadership, staffing development, and strong collaboration with HR for workforce initiatives.

The position involves overseeing multiple sites, ensuring compliance with LIHTC, HOME, HUD 202, and other programs, and driving resident satisfaction and financial performance. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus five years in a directly related field or seven years directly related experience.
• Five years of supervision and five years of multi-site operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of property management, financial statements, and LIHTC/HOME/HUD programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site housing portfolio and develop site teams.
• Ensure compliance and asset preservation across properties.
• Develop and manage regional budgets and analyze financial performance.
• Oversee reporting, audits, and regulatory submissions.
• Engage residents, owners, investors, regulators, and community partners.
