This role requires regular Texas travel, a strong LIHTC background, and a proven track record in improving occupancy, budgeting, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-site property management experience.
• Section 42 LIHTC experience required.
• Strong understanding of government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site property operations and teams.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and regulatory filings.
• Prepare and monitor regional budgets and financial reports.
• Coordinate site visits and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop marketing plans to support occupancy and revenue.
