Job summary

Hilltop Residential seeks a Regional Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site Houston/Austin portfolio, upholding performance standards, resident experience, and culture. You will develop onsite teams, coach Community Directors and leasing staff, and drive financial performance through revenue maximization and disciplined cost management.

Implement site-level procedures, serve as the link between corporate and field, and support ongoing growth and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site multifamily property management experience with strong operational and financial results.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Houston and Austin as part of the role.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, variance analysis, revenue optimization and reporting.
• Leadership approach that develops people, not just manages them.
• Experience with property management software, preferably OneSite/RealPage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with collaborative leadership style.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Travel between Austin, TX and Houston, TX portfolio is required.
