The role requires urgency, strong organization, and full life-cycle recruiting skills, with experience using Outlook and social networks for candidate outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in recruitment or similar role.
• Hands-on sourcing techniques including Boolean search.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and CMSs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to candidates.
• Effective time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve hiring goals for assigned territory.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn).
• Craft recruiting emails.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using sourcing techniques.
• Develop talent pipelines for hiring needs.
• Measure conversion rates across stages of the process.
• Promote our employer brand online and offline.
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g. ATS).
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new opportunities.
