Rheem North America is seeking a strategic Manager, Talent Acquisition - Hourly Recruitment to lead full-cycle, high-volume hiring for hourly production roles across manufacturing, warehouse, and maintenance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, 3+ years high-volume hourly recruiting.
• Proven success hiring frontline/hourly roles in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong local labor market and shift-based recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and leaders.
• Ability to act with urgency and adapt in a dynamic production setting.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience using ATS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leaders and HR to understand workforce needs and forecasts.
• Develop and execute high-volume sourcing strategies via job boards, events, and networks.
• Streamline screening, interview coordination, and rapid decision-making to meet production needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience for frontline workers.
• Coordinate and support hiring events, job fairs, and onsite recruitment days.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on onboarding and start-date readiness.
• Provide guidance on market conditions and local labor trends.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain ATS data with regular updates.
