GreenTree Hospitality Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager based in Scottsdale, AZ to drive revenue across the Phoenix market, Northern Arizona, and Colorado. You will manage RFP opportunities, maintain and grow negotiated corporate accounts, develop new business relationships, and support overall revenue goals.

This hands-on role requires travel to AZ and CO properties and collaboration with Revenue Management and General Managers.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5+ years of hotel sales, business development, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel periodically throughout Arizona and Colorado.

Aufgaben

• Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate, group, and local business opportunities.
• Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, networking events, and trade show participation as needed.
• Manage annual and ongoing RFP submissions through major corporate, consortia, and third‑party channels.
• Maintain and grow existing Local Negotiated Rate (LNR) and corporate account relationships.
• Track account production, renewals, and opportunities within CRM systems.
• Partner with Revenue Management and General Managers on account strategy, pricing, and production reviews.
• Assist with market analysis and competitive intelligence.
• Serve as the primary sales contact for assigned accounts and properties.
• Collaborate with third‑party marketing partners and provide input on sales promotions and campaigns.
• Support hotel teams with local sales initiatives and business development opportunities.
