Job summary

ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection® is seeking a Group Sales Manager to drive group revenue and lead sales initiatives across LionGrove properties. You will prospect new business, cultivate relationships with planners, associations, and corporate accounts, and mentor sales teams to achieve targets.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, market analysis, and collaboration with Revenue and Conference Services to ensure successful events and pricing strategies across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of hotel group sales experience with leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving group revenue targets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive group sales revenue and performance for LionGrove's managed properties.
• Develop and execute the group sales plan and forecasts for assigned accounts and segments.
• Prospect and secure new group business from planners, associations, and corporate accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with planners, associations, and key accounts.
• Conduct sales calls, site visits, and represent the properties at trade shows.
• Negotiate group contracts within approved guidelines.
• Partner with Revenue and Conference Services on pricing, handoff, and event execution.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and grow share.
• Ensure accurate use of the sales system, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate across the portfolio to cross-sell multiple LionGrove properties.
