Peachtree Group Hospitality Management seeks an Area General Manager to lead hotel operations in Rockwall, TX. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and brand standards through effective leadership and strategic planning.

You will oversee revenue strategies, manage payroll with accuracy, mentor teams, attend weekly revenue meetings, and partner with regional teams to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.

Competenze

• Current/prior hotel general manager experience or 3+ years in rooms/operations/sales leadership.
• Ability to learn systems technology and defuse distressed associates to optimal outcomes.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Hospitality certifications such as CHA CHRM CHSP are a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand and company reputation to exceed performance standards.
• Analyze monthly P&L with regional accounting and operations teams.
• Optimize revenues (rooms, F&B) to maximize profitability.
