Qualifications

• Must have current or prior hotel GM experience or 3+ years in hotel rooms/operations or sales leadership within major brands.
• Proven ability to defuse distressed staff or guests and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Willingness to learn systems technology and maintain professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand and company reputation to exceed performance standards.
• Contribute to financial forecasts and budgets and analyze monthly P&L with regional teams.
• Optimize revenues (rooms, F&B) to maximize hotel profitability.
• Lead training, development, coaching and mentorship to build a strong team.
• Recruit top talent through creative internal/external strategies.
• Participate in weekly revenue meetings with the regional revenue team.
