You will drive strategic planning, manage budgets, and collaborate with regional teams to optimize revenue and profitability across departments. The role rewards performance with quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current/prior hotel general manager experience or 3+ years in hotel rooms/operations or sales leadership within major brands.
• Hospitality certifications such as CHA, CHRM, CHSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand and company reputation to exceed performance standards.
• Contribute to financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements with regional teams.
• Optimize revenues (rooms, F&B) to maximize profitability.
• Establish a supportive team environment with training and development.
• Recruit top talent through creative sourcing and retention tactics.
• Participate in weekly revenue meetings with regional revenue team.
• Report as required by company and brand guidelines.
• Be active in the local community through volunteer work.
