Peachtree Group is seeking a General Manager in Lone Tree, CO to lead hotel operations with empathy, effective communication, and financial focus. You will oversee all departments, drive guest satisfaction, and partner with regional teams to maximize revenue and brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience as hotel general manager or 3+ years in rooms/operations and/or sales leadership within major brands.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn systems technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand and company reputation to exceed performance standards.
• Contribute to financial forecasts and budgets; analyze monthly P&L with regional teams.
• Optimize revenues (rooms, F&B) to maximize profitability.
• Recruit top talent and train/coach staff; mentor team.
• Attend weekly revenue meetings with regional revenue team.
