Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, seeks a Regional Sales Director to drive regional sales performance and launch excellence across hospitals and large group practices. You will coach Account Managers, translate national strategy into regional action, and align cross-functional partners to maximize market penetration.

The role requires leading a high-performing team, managing complex launches, and ensuring compliant execution with data-driven decision making. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical, medical, or related medical sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of district/regional field management experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and manage Account Managers to build a high-performing regional team.
• Lead regional launch execution to drive awareness, demand generation, appropriate utilization, and sales performance for the launch product.
• Develop and execute regional business plans prioritizing key accounts and market opportunities.
• Provide leadership to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing, market access, and cross-functional partners to optimize regional execution.
• Monitor local market dynamics and performance, providing feedback for strategy adjustments.
• Use data and dashboards to guide resource allocation and improve results.
• Set clear expectations, coach, and manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Conduct regular field ride-alongs for hands-on coaching.
