Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced business degree a plus.
• Extensive pharmaceutical sales/market access experience.
• Proven track record building and coaching regional field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, coaching, development, and retention of top talent in a defined region.
• Train and coach Account Managers within a regional geography.
• Participate in development and implementation of national sales strategy.
• Develop regional communication plans and plan regional sales meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manage regional budgets.
• Analyze field reports to meet quarterly and annual objectives.
