Job summary

Brightli in Springfield, Missouri seeks a Regional Operating Officer to lead regional operations, shape patient and client services, and build high-performing teams across the healthcare continuum. This executive leadership role requires strategic thinking, financial acumen, and a passion for improving care.

You will partner with clinical and administrative leaders to drive programs, improve performance, and ensure safe, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Services or related field.
• Five years healthcare leadership experience.
• MBA from an accredited college or university with five years of leadership experience.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Health and Human Services preferred.
• Professional licensure as LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist preferred.
• Strong operational leadership, strategic planning, financial analysis, and performance improvement.
• Ability to build effective community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day regional operations and oversee delegated departments.
• Guide and support VPs, directors, and managers to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with leaders to strengthen care delivery and programs.
• Direct practice delivery, program planning, revenue generation, financial analysis, and personnel management.
• Establish departmental metrics and productivity reports.
• Monitor KPIs and provide strategic support to reach results.
• Develop quality and safety standards and advance business goals.
• Partner with C-Suite to set organizational goals and plans.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and develop responsive clinical programming.
• Standardize regional workflows through analysis and collaboration.
• Communicate strategy to leadership and staff and drive change.
