Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 3–5 years supervision experience; 5 years leading professional development programs and/or healthcare operations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple regions and align clinical operations, call center, supply chain and facilities with organizational goals.
- Supervise staff, manage budgets, and oversee emergency preparedness.
- Drive performance improvements and ensure data-driven service delivery; collaborate with senior leaders and other directors.
