Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Services and five years of healthcare leadership experience.
• MBA and five years of healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Health and Human Services is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day regional operations and oversee delegated departments.
• Guide VPs, directors, and managers to achieve operational, clinical, financial, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with leaders to strengthen care delivery and improve organizational performance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide strategies to achieve results.
• Develop and maintain quality and safety standards while advancing goals.
• Partner with C-Suite to establish organizational goals and tactical plans.
