Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or eligible for licensure in the state(s) where centers are located.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive multi-site management experience in long-term care.
• Experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator is required (minimum 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Set census and mix objectives in alignment with budget and business plan.
• Ensure quality of care with CQI processes and compliance monitoring.
• Conduct monthly budget reviews and monitor labor, supplies, and ancillary costs.
• Develop administrators through orientation, performance reviews, and coaching.
