Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an Area Manager to lead regional operations across multiple practices in a designated region. You will plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise program activities to meet company and customer goals, while driving quality, profitability, and cross-departmental collaboration.

You will mentor Program Directors, maintain strong relationships with facility leadership, and work with senior management to develop regional budgets and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree
• Experience: 3-5 years

Responsibilities

• Operational and clinical success for each designated practice.
• Interviews, hires, orients, and supervises Program Directors through mentoring and problem-solving to meet operational goals.
• Maintains communication with Regional Director Operations/Vice President of Operations.
• Works with Administrators and facility leadership during visits to ensure patient needs are met and documentation is complete.
• Develops relationships with customers to ensure optimal business satisfaction.
• Identifies growth opportunities in the area with Regional Director of Account Management.
• Participates in senior management functions and regional budgeting.
