Job summary

Maximize Health in Los Angeles seeks a Regional Director of Operations to drive strategic leadership and hands-on oversight across multispecialty medical practices in assisted living facilities. You will ensure consistent clinical support operations, staff performance, and high-quality care in partnership with facility leadership and medical providers.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage teams across locations

Qualifications

• Supervisory healthcare experience across multiple facilities.
• Experience with EMR systems and staff training.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in healthcare administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across multiple assisted living facilities.
• Supervise medical assistants and office managers; manage scheduling and coaching.
• Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing education of team members.
• Ensure compliant documentation and workflows in EMR systems.
• Generate reports to COO.
