Job summary

You will work under Operations Leadership, developing plans, tracking progress, and supporting practice-level execution.

The role involves hands-on implementation, collaboration with practice managers and clinicians, and optimizing workflows including AthenaOne.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of healthcare operations or project implementation experience.
• Experience supporting multiple ambulatory practice locations.
• Experience with AthenaOne workflow implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of operational projects across physician practices.
• Develop and maintain project plans with timelines and deliverables.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and status for leadership updates.
• Provide hands-on, field-based support during rollouts and transitions.
• Support practice managers, providers, and staff on workflows and tools.
