Mason Alexander is seeking a Regional Head of Financial Institution Sales for the US & LATAM. The role is based in Miami with Texas candidates also considered.

You will own the commercial lifecycle, build an institutional presence across the US and LATAM, and lead negotiations with banks, fintechs and treasury services to secure strategic partnerships with meaningful volume and revenue. This senior, autonomous role offers substantial commission opportunities and direct exposure to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in financial institution sales or payments.
• Proven ability to originate and close large partnerships.
• Strong network across US banking, payments or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial lifecycle from origination to revenue generation.
• Establish and develop institutional presence across US and LATAM corridors.
• Build relationships with banks, processors, fintechs and treasury services.
• Present cross-border payments and infrastructure solutions to C-suite.
• Lead complex negotiations and structure tailored partnerships with risk/compliance alignment.
• Own regional revenue, payment volumes and partnership development targets.
