Vital Records Control Companies is seeking a Regional Development Manager to drive sales across an assigned territory. You will lead lead generation, manage client relationships, and deliver compelling demos while achieving quotas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to present to upper-level management and C-Suite.
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
• Personal integrity.
• Ability to travel at least 40–50%.

Responsibilities

• Represent products and services, build a deep understanding of solutions, and research consumer needs.
• Maintain and grow a consistent pipeline to meet weekly, monthly, and annual quotas.
• Generate leads and manage face-to-face sales visits across the territory.
• Develop territory action plans and adjust sales techniques based on results.
• Attend industry events, tradeshows, and associations to raise awareness of the company.
