Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to translate regional growth priorities into weekly seller plans and field actions across the Lakes & Plains region. This role coordinates Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, and Operations to accelerate growth and physician engagement.

The ideal candidate will own regional pipeline execution, event strategy, deal readiness, and cross-functional handoffs, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in sales coordination, field ops, revenue ops or related PM roles.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable field execution.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, event planning, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with contract workflows, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
• Travel regionally up to 50% as needed for in-field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers with measurable goals.
• Own the regional operating rhythm, resource allocation, and performance dashboards.
• Design and lead regional roadshow strategy and post-event evaluation.
• Lead quarterly Centers of Excellence events with engaging plans and open houses.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting across the region with required documentation and handoffs.
• Serve as the regional Field Marketing liaison and drive post-event ROI improvements.
• Analyze regional execution performance and advise leadership on improvements.
• Define and lead the region’s AI strategy to boost productivity and engagement.
• Oversee cross-functional handoffs and resolve execution issues with Sales Ops.
