Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business development strategies to grow market revenue and meet or exceed annual sales growth targets.
• Provide sales team with client and product trainings to enhance skills and meet standards for client service.
• Coordinate team performance by driving weekly activities, deliverables, and performance.
• Develop individual and team performance targets that align with overall business goals.
• Meet with potential clients and existing customers.
• Travel up to 20% domestically.
