Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Regional Director to drive growth in assigned regions by selling new subscriptions and expanding existing revenues. You will lead a team of sales professionals, coach in the field, and ensure excellent customer service and high renewal rates.

The role requires 5+ years managing 6+ sales professionals, a track record of multi‑million annual revenue responsibility, and a Bachelor’s degree. Base salary ranges; visa sponsorship not provided. Driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from a accredited college/university.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
• Experience leading sales efforts in a fast-paced, consultative sales model.
• Experience delivering expected sales results.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional/team revenues and meet/exceed annual sales growth targets.
• Recruit, hire, develop, motivate and manage high‑performing sales professionals.
• Spend 3–4 days per week in the field coaching the team and driving quota attainment.
• Identify, prioritize and win new client relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Monitor sales activity and CRM usage to ensure targets and standards are met.
• Set and track individual/team performance aligned with business goals.
