Job summary

CoStar Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a Regional Director of Sales for CoStar Data & Analytics to lead a high-performance sales team and drive revenue growth across your assigned region. You will recruit, coach, and mentor sales professionals, manage key accounts, and ensure excellent client service while achieving quotas.

This role requires deep experience in consultative selling, pipeline management, and executive-level relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing 6+ sales professionals.
• Experience handling a recurring revenue book of business > $10M annually.
• Experience leading sales in a fast-paced, consultative model.
• Proven ability to deliver expected sales results.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional revenues and meet/exceed annual sales targets.
• Hire, develop, motivate, and manage high-performing salespeople.
• Spend 3-4 days/week in the field with the team and provide coaching.
• Manage new client acquisition and existing account growth.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and sales pipelines.
• Set and monitor individual and team targets to achieve business goals.
• Develop and mentor team members; embody company values.
