Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Participates in sales meetings and other department meetings.
• Meets with contractors and clients to ensure program offerings meet their needs and expectations.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company revenue goals.
• Monitor assigned KPIs and meet sales performance metrics.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels.
• Collaborate with Office Operations and Field Operations to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Own the assigned market sales pipeline: forecasting, reporting, and optimizing funnel performance.
• Implement CRM best practices and sales enablement tools.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Report directly to senior leadership on sales performance and projections updates.
• Develop and implement improvements when needed to address gaps and shortfalls.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
