Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Regional Director to drive growth and delivery of regional revenue objectives. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop client relationships, and ensure high renewal rates while coaching on-field activities to exceed quotas.

You will manage a field-based team, hire and develop top talent, and align targets with corporate goals in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This role offers substantial upside through commissions and rewards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing 6+ sales professionals and building high-performing teams.
• Experience managing recurring revenue > $10M annually.
• Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience leading sales in fast-paced, consultative model.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional revenues and meet/exceed annual sales targets.
• Hire, develop, motivate and manage high-impact sales professionals.
• Spend 3-4 days per week in the field coaching sales teams to improve effectiveness.
• Identify and win new client relationships; retain and grow existing accounts.
• Monitor sales activity and CRM usage to ensure targets are met.
• Set individual and team performance targets aligned to business goals; address performance issues.
• Develop and mentor all team members and reinforce CoStar culture.
