Infinity Home Services seeks a Regional Marketing Manager to spearhead multi-brand regional strategies in the Greater Boston area. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital, traditional, and local channels to drive lead generation and brand growth.

You will oversee budgets, campaign performance, and data-driven optimization while collaborating with central marketing teams and local coordinators to deliver high‑ROI programs and standardized playbooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience across multi-channel strategies and lead generation.
• Experience in home services, franchise marketing, or multi-brand environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage regional marketing budgets and optimize campaigns for growth.
• Strong understanding of paid and organic digital marketing, direct response, local marketing, events and traditional media.
• Excellent project management and cross-team leadership with a data-driven mindset.
• Creative problem-solving and results-oriented thinking with a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Partner with agencies and vendors to deliver measurable value and optimized spend.
• Drive local events, sponsorships, and community engagement to boost brand awareness.
