Zusammenfassung

Metropolis Technologies seeks a Regional Manager to oversee multiple locations in the Milwaukee area. You will drive regional budgets, ensure profitability, and grow client relationships through contract negotiations and onboarding.

This on-site role requires 5+ years of multisite leadership, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication. Four days in the office are expected, with a competitive base salary of $110,000–$140,000 USD plus benefits. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of managing multiple locations, stores and properties.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding budgets and building client relationships.
• Ability to convey complex financial information clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and KPIs; familiar with contract terms.
• Experience negotiating new contracts, retaining business, and resolving disputes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Oversee development and attainment of regional operating plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop regional financial and operational goals and achieve them.
• Monitor regional profitability of existing locations within the region.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with open communication.
• Address client needs, manage budget discrepancies, and maximize revenue; ensure contract compliance.
• Lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention, including feedback from surveys and audits.
• Drive new business by managing full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding new clients.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients; grow existing accounts with additional offerings.
• Mentor subordinates, implement development plans, and address performance issues.
