Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee financial health and operations across locations in a defined region. You will drive budgets, profitability, and client satisfaction while leading business development from lead generation to onboarding new clients.

You will manage the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and mentor teams to foster professional growth. This on-site role requires 5+ years of multi-location leadership and a proven financial acumen, with a 4-days-in-office

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managing multiple locations, stores and properties.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding budget expectations and building client relationships.
• Ability to convey complex financial information clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgets, and KPIs, plus familiarity with contracts.
• Experience negotiating to secure new contracts, retain business, and resolve disputes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operating plans, budgets, and reforecasts.
• Develop regional financial and operational goals and achieve them.
• Monitor profitability of locations within the region.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with open communication.
• Address client needs, budget discrepancies, revenue opportunities, and contracts.
• Lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention based on feedback and audits.
• Drive new business growth from leads to onboarding new clients.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities.
• Mentor subordinates and foster talent development.
