Job summary

Richelieu Hardware seeks a General Manager to oversee the US region, including Boston, MA, Portland, ME, and surrounding areas. You will lead sales and operations, drive regional profitability, and mentor branch and sales managers in a fast-growing, customer-focused environment.

You will manage logistics, ensure compliance, and align cross-functional teams to achieve company goals while promoting a positive culture and sustainable growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading outside sales and operations teams.
• Commercial or sales-driven mindset with leadership in sales.
• Deep knowledge of branch office operations, including P&L.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth by coaching and directing sales managers.
• Own strategic growth of customer accounts.
• Support Branch Managers in orders, shipping, and receiving.
• Maintain accountability for regional P&L and performance.
• Ensure effective communication across departments.
• Oversee logistics to comply with EH&S and regulatory rules.
• Lead recruitment and development of staff to meet goals.
• Implement improvements to processes and procedures.
• Monitor daily KPI performance in sales and operations.
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture.
