Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services seeks a regional business development lead to grow revenue across the local market. The role focuses on relationship-driven selling, prospecting new opportunities, and building long-term partnerships with business owners and key stakeholders.

You will manage a defined regional territory, pursue opportunities through referrals, and lead meetings—both in person and virtual—to understand client operations and propose tailored service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a defined regional sales territory.

• Build, maintain, and forecast a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
