Job summary

POP MART seeks a senior leader to define the regional strategic roadmap for the Central region, translating corporate priorities into a multi-year growth and operating plan. You will partner with HR, L&D, Operations, Marketing, and IT to pilot programs and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.

You will own leadership development, succession planning, and regional P&L, guiding budgets and profitability while traveling extensively to test and refine initiatives in the field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive multi-unit retail leadership experience.
• Experience translating corporate strategy into regional plans.
• Track record influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic roadmap for the Central region and translate priorities into a multi-year regional plan.
• Serve as executive-level liaison for HR, L&D, Operations, Marketing, IT, and others.
• Own regional leadership pipeline strategy and succession planning.
• Oversee regional P&L and guidance on budget priorities and profitability targets.
• Maintain a strong field presence with travel about 80% to test strategies in markets.
