POP MART seeks a Regional Manager - Central Region to drive long-term growth of our Central U.S. retail footprint. You will translate corporate priorities into a regional strategy, oversee performance, leadership development, and market expansion across multiple markets.

The role requires executive communication, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage a dispersed team through District and Area Managers, with extensive travel and accountability for profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive multi-unit retail leadership.
• Experience owning regional P&L and budgets.
• Ability to translate corporate strategy into regional plans.
• Proven track record coaching District/Area Managers.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Willingness to travel up to ~80%.

Responsibilities

• Define the regional growth roadmap for the Central region.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with HR, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
• Develop and nurture leadership pipelines across districts.
• Oversee budget priorities, profitability, and ROIs.
• Maintain field presence through market visits and travel.
