Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Regional Manager for the Central Region based in Chicago to lead long-term growth, financial performance, and leadership strategy across multi-market retail stores. You will translate priorities into regional plans, oversee District and Area Managers, and drive cross-functional initiatives with HR, Finance, Real Estate, and Marketing.

The role requires 10+ years in multi-unit retail leadership, strong strategic thinking, and executive-level communication, with ~80% travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive multi-unit retail leadership experience.
• Experience owning or influencing regional P&L, budgets, profitability, and financial performance.
• Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable regional plans.
• Experience leading and developing District Managers, Area Managers, or similar roles.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and analytical capabilities.
• Executive-level written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% across the region.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic roadmap for the Central region and translate priorities into regional growth plans.
• Analyze market and financial data to identify opportunities for expansion and efficiency.
• Lead and develop leadership pipelines across multiple markets; oversee District/Area Managers.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, and Operations to drive pilots and store initiatives.
• Provide executive leadership with market insights and risk assessment for planning.
